Our Weekly Menu Plan


This week will be a bit crazy.  My husband is working a really weird shift that requires him to get up at 1:30 AM (!)  So, I'm working in meals that are fast, easy, and that can be made ahead of time.  I normally begin prepping dinner at 5:00, but with him needing to go to bed no later than seven, I have had to adjust my own schedule as well.

So here's a look at what we will be eating this week:

Breakfasts:

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bites
Oatmeal with blueberries
Cereal and bananas

Lunches:

Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches
Cheese quesodillias
Macaroni & cheese
All served with veggie dippers

Dinner:

Beefy Vegetable Soup, crackers
White beans & rice with ham, sweet cornbread
Spaghetti with Easy Spaghetti Sauce, green beans, salad, cheesy garlic bread
Hot dogs, chili, baked beans
Chicken & dumplings
Pulled barbecue chicken from the freezer, chips
Homemade pizza with soft and chewy pizza crust from the freezer, salad or veggie dippers
