Our Menu Plan This Week


So this week we should be back to somewhat of a normal routine after last week's crazy schedule.  My goal this week is to get the house cleaned up and organized so I can get to work on putting out some fall decor.  I also want to get some of my handmade decorations completed.  We have finally gotten a taste of fall weather here in the deep south--but who knows how long it will last!  I want to get some yummy comfort food on the menu, but I'll still be keeping meals pretty simple. 


Here's what we will be eating this week:

Breakfasts:

Cereal, bananas
Oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon
Blueberry muffins
Peanut butter toast, bananas
Super Power Smoothie

Lunches:

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, grapes
English muffin pizza, veggie dippers, blueberry applesauce
Cheese quesodillias, apple slices
Leftovers

Snacks:

Homemade cookies
Brown bag popcorn
Cheese crackers

Dinners:

Red beans and rice, sausage, sweet cornbread
Lasagna skillet, salad
Tuna salad, homemade rolls, veggie dippers
Chicken and sausage gumbo
Homemade chicken tenders, oven fries
Pizza night- Make your own pizza on soft and chewy pizza crust
Taco salad with choice of toppings, super easy guacamole
