Super Power Smoothie
Smoothies often make a regular appearance at my house. I love them, and I use smoothies to use up a few odds and ends of fruit and vegetables that are lying around. As much as I enjoy them, I don’t always get to finish a smoothie. That is because my son is constantly stealing sips of my smoothie—and by sips I mean nearly the whole thing. But that is completely fine by me, because I usually pack my smoothies full of good-for-you veggies that you can’t even taste.
This smoothie is one of my favorites. I always have the ingredients on hand to make it. It is sweet enough to hide the spinach, which is always a key to get my kids to drink any smoothie.

Add the ingredients in this order—milk, peanut butter, banana, spinach, berries, and ice. Blend it until it is nice and smooth. You may need to add some more milk or water to thin it a little.
That’s it. It takes about five minutes to put this smoothie together, and most of us always have these ingredients around. You can use other berries if you like. I’ve also tried it with kale which works beautifully.
